Dr. Shah earned his medical degree from the prestigious St. George's University School of Medicine Grenada. After receiving his medical degree, he initially started a residency in General Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He later transitioned to and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Lincoln Medical Center - an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical - in Bronx, NY.

Dr. Shah grew up in a small town in northern New York where his father was both a general surgeon and a family practitioner. During his childhood, he was exposed to the importance of strong relationships between patients and their doctors and hopes to translate what he learned growing up into his daily practice at Omnia Medical. Dr. Shah is an accomplished researcher and has vast experience in treating patients in the hospital and private practice settings. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Shah enjoys investing in world markets, traveling, and participating in a variety of sports, like tennis, skiing, football, and baseball.

Dr. Shah was awesome! I just moved to the city and have been stressed trying to find a PCP. That stress all fell away when I entered Dr. Shah’s office!
